Totem Wolf complies and operates under the following EU Regulations. Terms and conditions are listed below but they may be changed due to operational conditions. Any such changes will only be notified if you have signed up for our news letter or make a formal request via our contact page.

2. EU cosmetic directive  Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 November 2009 on cosmetic products



1. Totem Wolf is hereby referred to as "the company" "us" "we"

2. The customer (individual or Wholesaler) is referred to as "you", "the customer", "the consumer"
3. By placing of an order on our site you are agreeing to our terms and conditions of trading.



1. Cancellation
1.1. In the first instance you must notify "us" in writing that "you" wish to cancel your order.
1.2. We will comply with regulation 8 of the said act in that "we" will accept cancellations no later than seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which "you" receive your order.
1.3. Totem Wolf "the company" shall make reimbursement to "you" the consumer as soon as possible and in any case within a period not exceeding 30 days beginning with the day on which the notice of cancellation was given, including any or all of the order which has still to be despatched.
1.4. Should you change your mind about your purchase you may do so within seven (7) days from the date of order, to claim a full refund. After such period, should you wish to cancel prior to despatch, we reserve the right to make a deduction of 15% from the total of your order so as to cover administration costs.


2. Returning of goods by "you"  to "us" after cancellation.
2.1. In the first instance please contact us if there is a problem with your purchase preferably by email or from our contacts page.
2.2. Any product received damaged is to be reported back with photographic evidence prior to any claim being made.
2.3. Any returns sent to us without written / email authorisation will not be accepted and any loses will be borne by the customer.
2.4. We will do everything we can to ensure a good resolution to any complaints and that they are dealt with in a speedy and timely manner.
2.5. You shall be treated as having been under a duty of care throughout the period of cancellation to take reasonable care of your order ensuring that nothing is damaged.
2.6. Upon cancellation, the consumer shall be under a duty to restore the goods to the supplier in accordance with this regulation, and in the meanwhile to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.
2.7. Upon cancellation, you shall return the goods to "us" at you own cost and in a timely manner. The cost of returning your order will not be refunded to you.
2.8. Customers are advised to ensure, at their own cost, that the mode of returning their order is suitable for the job and at no time until the goods are received back with Soap Deluxe, can we be held responsible for their safe return.
2.9. All returns must be sent back Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
2.10. Any goods returned but not received by us will not be refunded and it will be the responsibility of the customer to chase the goods whereabouts with their appointed carrier.
2.11. Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns unless the purchased product is still in it's sealed wrapping and has not been opened.
2.12. Returns are not accepted on any opened products for hygiene reasons or any items where seals have been broken including packaging.


3. Exchanges
3.1. Exchanges will be made by you the customer, returning your order within seven days of receipt.
3.2. We will dispatch your exchanges within seven days (subject to availability) and a re-delivery charge will be made accordingly.
3.3. Soap Deluxe reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are believed to have been damaged after delivery or are not in their original condition. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.


4. Payments
4.1. All payments will be made through Pay-pal which is one of the safest methods of paying for your order.
4.2. You do not need a Pay-pal account to use our store
4.3. We do not see or have access to any of your payment details.
4.4. All prices are in GBP, pounds Stirling and are subject to change from time to time without notice.
4.5. Any orders already placed during any period of price change will be charged at the price level at the time of ordering.


5. Performance
5.1. We will endeavour to deliver your order within a maximum of 30 days beginning with the day after the day the you place your order with "us".
5.2. Subject to "us" being unable to perform the contract because the goods or services ordered are not available, within the period for performance referred to in paragraph (1 ) or such other period as we both agree (“the period for performance”), we shall inform you in a timely manner.
5.3. We shall make the reimbursement referred to in paragraph (1.3 ) as soon as possible and in any event within a period of 30 days beginning with the day after the day on which the period for performance expired.
5.4. An order which has not been delivered within the period for performance shall be treated as if it had not been made, save for any rights or remedies which the consumer has under it as a result of the non-performance.
5.5. All cancellations will be subject to a 15% charge to cover administration costs and  restocking.
5.6. Where "we" are unable to supply the goods or services ordered by "you", we reserve the right to notify you, cancel that part of your order or make a substitute of equivalent quality and price should you agree to :-
           (a)this possibility which was provided for in the contract;
           (b)prior to the conclusion of the contract "we"  gave "you" the information.
5.7. Totem Wolf will never knowingly oversell products and have installed suitable stock availability levels within our Pay-pal system to try to ensure availability.
5.8.Should your chosen item not be available at the time of order please advise us vial the contact page, and we will tell you when we expect it back into stock.
5.9. You will not however be able to buy any product which is out of stock unless you make an arrangement with us to do so.
5.10. During busy time like Christmas etc, delivery dates are only stated as a guide to you the customer. Soap Deluxe is not liable for any late deliveries during such and all busy periods.
5.11. FREE shipping on orders £75.00 or more is equal to regular post. Should you require a more swifter service please contact us for details. This "offer" is only available to retail clients in the UK mainland and the postage will be deleted on your shopping cart once you have placed your order of £75.00 or more. The £75.00 relates to the total order before postage is added.


6. Privacy
6.1. We take your privacy very seriously and as such wish to state that we also collect the following information:-
6.2. Personal information such as your name, delivery address, contact details including email address and telephone.
6.3. We do not have access to any of your financial details namely credit card or any other form of payment information.
6.4. We do receive an itemised order form from Pay-pal when you place an order with us, namely, your contact details, transaction number and information as to what you have ordered. We do not receive any  of your financial card details.
6.5. We will never sell, rent or trade with others, or convey your details by any means to others outside the company unless we receive your express wishes or are required to do so by the authorities under British law.

6.6. We operate only under British law governing our activities and at the time of purchase.
6.7. If you have signed up for our news letter we will inform you using the details provided of news updates and offers. This information is used for marketing.
6.8. You may unsubscribe from our lists at any time but must inform us of your wishes to do so.


7. Consumer information
7.1. We take product labelling very seriously and as such comply with the EU labelling regulations.
7.2. We will provide you with all our ingredients and perfume blend information, including but not limited to any allergens.
7.3. Product labelling contributes to consumer protection and as such we will endeavour to add as much information to help you with your purchase.
7.4. The language of all our labeling will be in English as the country of production.

8. Animal testing
8.1. Under EU regulations no animal testing must be  carried out on any of the products placed on the "market" in Europe or the constituent components.
8.2. Soap Deluxe ensures that we comply with this regulation and confirms we do not test any of our products on animals. We do not buy any of our raw materials from companies who test on animals and require them to confirm this.

9.1. Our Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law.

10.1. You should check with your doctor before trying any of our products if you think you may have a reaction to the essential oils we have used or if you are pregnant.
10.2. On soaps which have a black pigment content, some colour transfer may occur so please be aware of this at time of ordering. Other colourants that we use may also be subject to colour transference.
10.3. No part of this website or it's contents, photographic or text may be copied by any means including but not limited to electronic, without the written permission of Totem Wolf.
